Terms and Conditions
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cabins
2. Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee ($10.00 / night). Pets must be kept in carrier/crate when not under owner supervision. A refundable pet damage depostit of $100.00 is also required.
3. A deposit equal to 20% of the total lodging fee, via credit card, check or money order is required to hold your reservation.
4. Balance of lodging fee is due upon arrival.
5. Horse owners must present current Coggins for horses to stay with us.
